After recently contacting DFS over a P.P.I.enquiry by letter i was told they would not look into the matter as i did not have an order number.Despite giving them both the date & order address they said they are unable to follow up my enquiry. Is there anything i can do to challenge this outcome:mad:

Not unless you have some documentary proof from your own archive. You could send DFS a SAR letter, but this would likely be a waste of £10 unless this finance was within the last six years.
Your choice whether to proceed.0 -

It's a just a guide to something you might write…whether you copy it or just adapt it for your own use is entirely up to you.
Don't forget to include a £10 cheque..0 -
