Given your budget, you are under the used car supermarkets so are probably restricted to the small ads. Just a quick search on Autotrader brings up plenty of black Vauxhalls. If you sign in you can also restrict to just Astra and Corsa (add "astra, corsa" without quotes into All Variants box).
