I'm struggling to come up with this weeks meal plan and I think that is because I have more in to choose from after shopping yesterday.
Here is a rough plan that I'll shift around.

Chicken dinner with yorkshire puddings
Chicken and chorizio stirfry
HM quiche with cheesy potatoes and cauliflower cheese to use up some brie
Steak pie, chips and peas
HM pizza night
Mince beef hotpot in the sc, this will be on Wednesday as I won't get finished at work until around 11pm maybe later.
Warm goujon salad with hm chicken soup starter

Breakfasts will be cereal or fruit, lunches will be hm quiches, soups or wraps. Snacks will be fruit, nuts or hm flapjacks and cheese biscuits.

What do you have planned this week?
£36/£240
£5522
One step must start each journey
One word must start each prayer
One hope will raise our spirits
One touch can show you care

I never normally post on this thread, but I laughed when I saw your list. Yesterday I did some batch cooking and will use what I made over the coming week or two. Here's what I made...
    Roast chicken for today
    Chicken and chorizo jambalaya
    Quiche
    Potatoes Dauphinoise
    Steak pie
Pizza dough for during the week
    Beef stew
ok I didn't make chicken goujons but I did toast and freeze walnuts and croutons for waldorf and caesar salads.

I also have soup for lunches with hm brown bread (chicken dumpling, cullen skink, tomato, cabbage with cheese and bacon, yellow split pea.

I even also made chilli cheese scones.

    Are we twins
I'm an adult and I can eat whatever I want whenever I want and I wish someone would take this power from me.

:rotfl: That's scarily close to mine, especially as the cheese biscuits I make are chilli ones :D

I hope our meals are as nice as they sound :A

Pay day on Wed for me and the start of a new month's budget. I have to wait for the meat delivery from the butchers and find time to do the rounds of the supermarkets to get my big shop in this week. So this may change, especially if I decide to go mad after work and do some batch cooking for the freezer.

So far from Mon 10th Feb:
    • Kedgeree (smoked haddock from freezer), peas and sweetcorn
    • Mushroom omelette, oven wedges and baked beans
    • Italian beef stew, mash and greens
    • Turkey fajitas
    • LO fajitas made into quasadillas, salad
    • Roast lamb, trimmings etc
    • LO roast
Breakfasts are porridge, fruit & yogurt or egg.

Lunches are hm celery or tomato soup, oatcakes, crudit!s or sandwiches or leftovers.

Fruit, no-sugar jelly or oatcakes with a wee slither of cheese for snacks.

Have a good week everyone :)
