Disneyland Paris with 3 children

Hi, we went to Disneyland Paris last year and loved it. We would like to book again for next year, but now my youngest will be over 3, we can only book the Davy Crockett ranch. This means we have to rent a car or get the ferry. I was hoping to go via Eurostar again, but the hotel issue means we might not be able to...

Any suggestions for a family of 5 on a budget to go to Disneyland?

yes :) - if you're prepared to stay in val d'europe (one stop on the local RER train, 4 minutes journey time, very frequent trains all day and night). There is also a free shuttle bus which runs from val d'europe to DLP and back during most of the park day.

There are various apartments in val d'europe - have a look on travelrepublic, alpharooms etc, see what comes up.

You'd have to sort out park tickets separately, it depends on how many days park access you'd want as to which park ticket would work out better for you.

The Explorer's Hotel has family rooms if that's what you mean the problem is. We stayed there years ago as a package with the park tickets and free bus included.

I would honestly book separately and stay away from DLP hotels, even the Explorers is far more superior than the likes of Santa Fe and Cheyenne. Explorers upgraded my family of 5 to a suite too for no reason, we had 2 bedrooms, a lounge and 2 bathrooms. 3 TVs etc. It was amazing. Id rather pay for that than paying DLP prices. Buy an annual pass from one of the French sites and save a fortune.

but they are usually more expensive than booking 2 rooms at the same hotels unfortunately.
