UKPC parking invoice resident's parking space

I would write to XY Property Management informing them that they are jointly liable for harrasment as they employ these scamers as their agents, that the permit was clearly displayed, always has been and this issue is costing you time and causing you distress and alarm and therefore is harassment.
Demand they instruct their contractors to desists this harassment immediately or you shall hold them jointly liable for reasonable costs incurred for your time and any possible personal injury claim caused by stress.
Point out that even when presented with clear evidence they are wrong and deliberately attempting to pervert the system to gain revenue they refuse to back down.
Ask them is the tail wagging the dog here, who is the principle and who is the agent.Be happy...;)0 -
While I'm waiting for POPLA's decision, UKPC issued me another two tickets when I was away on business.
But this is nothing compared to what has happened recently:
I caught a UKPC parking attendant parking diagonally across two residential bays, one of which is my own, while issuing tickets to my neighbours :T. Num plate and photo taken, will use in my future appeals to UKPC after they have send me the NTK.
Greetings

Once you have the templates ready to send on your PC, let them issue as many tickets as they like, it is costing them £27 + VAT per ticket and costing you a few clicks of a mouse.
Sounds like a fun game to play to me.Be happy...;)0 -

Tell all your neighbours to do the same. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
The good news: I have just won my POPLA appeal on the grounds that UKPC did not provide sufficient evidence that they have authority to issue PCN's :j. I will add this in the related thread.
The bad news: even more tickets on my windscreen by UKPC, now claiming that I "displayed a non-valid photocopied permit". This is ridiculous.
Well, I now know how to do a POPLA appeal...
Best regards

Yep you do, well done!
And if you read tospig's thread you'll see the letter I suggested he write in this situation to UKPC and the managing agents.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
