    Just to update this, I applied to Nationwide and was accepted!

    It gave me the option of £1800 limit, but I altered this to £1200 as I don't need that much. :)

    I'm a housewife and don't work. I applied for a Nationwide CC and was accepted on the basis of my house keeping allowance....:)
