Have built a maternity unit in Rwanda but now need equipment, ranging through thermometer, bedpans, beds to incubator. Can anyone please help me source these things cheaply. I run a registered charity. Thanks.

    The Bill Clinton foundation is running AIDS projects in the Kigali area. Have you had any correspondence with them? You may be able to tap into their purchasing power. If your initials are the same as a games company I applaud you and wish you all the best for the future
