Pursuing a PPC for costs?

Has anyone that has used the following (or similar) paragraph
If you do reject the challenge and insist on taking the matter further I must inform you that I may claim my expenses from you. The expenses I may claim are not exhaustive but may include the cost of stamps, envelopes, travel expenses, legal fees, etc. By continuing to pursue me you agree to pay these costs when I prevail.
In their soft appeal actually chased the PPC for costs?

@Nodding Donkey - there have been a couple of successful claims
UKPC V Davey - ticketing on his own land.
A motorist won a claim against VINCI -(they didn't even bother to turn up)
Biker Paul'case here - don't know outcome yet

There are also a few other costs notifications in the pipeline;)
And several other cancelled parking charges which incorporated that paragraph including CEL0 -
Parking companies have started not bothering to defend charges at popla, letting motorists win by default. I would consider adding something along the lines of.
Should you fail to provide any evidence at popla I reserve the right to use this as evidence that you have no basis whatsoever for your charges. In addition to claiming for my time I will also be referring your behaviour to the BPA and DVLA with the request that your operations at this car park be terminated until such time as you make changes to comply with their directivesDedicated to driving up standards in parking0 -

Post 6 suggested including this as in particular for the reason stated no evidence given
Please note that should my appeal be upheld at POPLA for any reason, I reserve the right to claim my expenses from you and my time in challenging this parking charge at the court rate of £18 per hour.
However - the clause above is better - and with your permission will add your suggested ending to that post in the counterclaim thread linked in Newbie post0 -
