  • If I required evidence from the letting agents to support my case, are they obligated to provide it to me?

Letting agents have got back to me. They state that the landlord has agreed to go 50/50 on the deep clean costs which is still £200.

I have a feeling the landlord knows it will be difficult for her to win the dispute.

I will probably be going ahead with the dispute as I believe any costs relating to the cleaning of the property are unjustified. I will most likely be contacting the letting agents tomorrow to begin the dispute process.
