Finally found out how to contact them and told them my situation. They said that i hadnt redeemed the code but i thought that when i clicked redeem code with the link from the email and clicked redeem i could then buy one song but no. I had to wait until the 1 song appeared by my sign in name. So now they have said i have a itunes song left which i dont really want as i didnt want any song in the first place and only redeemed it cause it was free (or so i thought) Well its a lesson learned and at 80p its damn cheap:rotfl:

I wont be using itunes again not even to download my 1 free song i have, i dont want to take any risks and i dont really want anything. This is exactly why i didnt use it in the first place its too complicated (and too expensive)

I'm surprised you actually use a computer - I would imagine they seem complicated to you as well!!!

All those nasty viruses and identity theft - better just having a cup of tea and watching t'telly, no?

I agree. These forums would be a much better place without patronising gits like Grex80. They're the one who should be getting themselves a life, and getting rid of their attitude problem!
