Any options other than Pensions to reduce my taxable income?

I have exhausted my pension contributions, and in the previous years I have used up the pension allowance from the previous 3 years. Is there any other legal avenue out there using which I can defer my income or reduce my taxes?

I am employed by an ordinary firm. So I can do things like keeping money back in the firm etc. Are there any other options out there to reduce taxes?

It's a good idea to look at your options in this situation. But not at the expense of enjoying life.

Company share schemes, in certain circumstances.

    Charitable giving, deducted from payroll.

    Lower emissions company car.

    Offset professional subscriptions against tax.

Not to forget using ISAs to make any unearned income from savings / investments tax free.

If you fancy high risk, also EISs and SEISs. You could always try offsetting the risk by going for lower risk stuff in your pensions.
Free the dunston one next time too.

You could spend money on being self sufficient. Therefore less money needed in the future.
