1. By entering the prize draw you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. This prize draw is open to UK and US residents aged 18 and over. The prize draw is not open to employees of the arcadia group and BHS limited, their families, agencies or anyone else associated with the prize draw.
3. The prize draw operates from 10:00:00 GMT Thursday 6th February 2014 and 23:59:59 GMT Friday 14th February 2014 ("prize draw period").
4. To enter, you must submit a link to your Pinterest board on the competition entry form page which can be found at www.dorothyperkins.com/pintowin
5. Only one entry per person. Dorothy Perkins does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Late or incomplete entries, and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions, will be disqualified and will not be counted. 7. The winner will be chosen on Monday 17th February 2014. The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the end of the competition period for that week. Dorothy Perkins’ decision will be final.　 No correspondence will be entered into. There will only be one winner.
8. There is one prize (the "prize") of a £250/$250 giftcard to spend online or instore at Dorothy Perkins. Odds of winning the prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be responsible for all expenses not specified in the prize description above.
9. If the prize is not claimed within 7 days of the winner being notified, Dorothy Perkins reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner.
10. Prize is non transferable, non refundable and non negotiable.　 There is no cash alternative.　 Dorothy Perkins reserves the right to substitute any part of the prize for an item with a value the same or greater than the original prize in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
11. If you are a winner of the prize the receipt by you of the prize is conditional upon you complying with any and all applicable laws, rules and regulations including, without limitation these terms and conditions.

Subject to paragraph 16 below, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Dorothy Perkins and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from (i) any postponement or cancellation of the prize draw, (ii) any loss or, changes to, postponement of or use of the prize, and (iii) any act or default of any third party supplier, which are beyond Dorothy Perkins' reasonable control.
