parking "fine" now debt recovery ltd

Hi there
I know there are plenty of details about this, but wanted a more definate answer from my experience.
Got a parking charge from Smart Eye who regulate an ASDA cae park, after taking advise I ignored the letters, which incidentally go to my parents home not mine as that is where the car is registered. Now I'm getting letters from "Debt Recovery Plus Ltd" I've had the second letter from them and its a little scary now.
HELP!
