The words are no genuine pre-estimate of loss - YES, mention those words.

By they way it matters not, you will still win at POPLA. Just interesting info, that's all.
Like this??? It's the front only but i'll check what's on the back. Part2 is the "small print" on the payment slip which I think is most pertinent, but I can't see where they've not complied

Nothing on the back.
Can anyone see where they are non-POFA compliant for the letter, cos they seem to fulfil all the criteria from what I can see?0 -
Well I've only had a quick look but I can't see where they have named the creditor.0

Thanks for all your advice. We went with the non-POFA argument and used the draft letter from the link the Newbies thread

The guy on that thread got it canceled straight away from CEL and that was less than a month ago, so fingers crossed we get the same result. Otherwise we'll use the same appeal with POPLA.0 -

Nothing from POFA2012 paragraph 9 is on that actual main body of a 'PCN' - I'm a bit amazed you think it is! It's simply a matter of seeing if the statutory wording linked in the NEWBIES thread, is on there. It is not.
The payment slip is not part of the legal 'document' but is the only place they mention POFA2012 (wrongly because the above document is not compliant). Definitely worth a complaint email to the BPA and DVLA as I first suggested in an earlier reply - PPCs were banned by the DVLA for this in 2012.PRIVATE 'PCN'? Thank you for that! Stupidly hadn't spotted the identifiable details on the payment slip part, now blanked out.0 -

I didn't realise it had to be in the main body of the PCN and that if it was on the Payment Slip only it didn't count...as it was all there on the Payment Slip part that's why I thought it complied. Thanks for clarifying.0
