UKPC parking charge in Northern Ireland

I (as the registered keeper of a vehicle) have recieved in the post now several letters demanding I pay a parking charge for my vehicle being parking outside a bay in a free car park in Belfast on the Boucher road. What is the current advice re this. Should I just ignore it? They are now demanding that I pay £160.
Thanks for any advice.

No keeper liability in NI so they can only pursue the driver. As they don't know who the driver was and you have no obligation to tell them who it was, they can't do anything so just ignore it.

Have a look at the pre-POFA letter chain thread in this forum, you will get a pretty good idea of what they are going to send you.

For those of us in N.Ireland, UKPC can be ignored with impunity. Of course this applies equally to Debt Recovery + and Zenith Collections.
Ignore, ignore, ignore, after 6 or 7 letters they will realise that you're not another mug being taken in by their scam, and that they're just throwing money away on postage. All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing. They will send you more letters, but there is no need to update us if you receive the standard letters fron UKPC, DR+ or Zenith, we've seen them all before, the advice remains the same - ignore. All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.
