Hello, I'm tasked with finding a good credit card for a client who only uses it occasionally - but does want to have the option of having one. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks in advance

Am I missing something?"You know when it's cold outside when you go outside and it's cold"0 -
An odd question.
Am I right in thinking this is just spam for your user name?0 -
Not spam at all! I regularly use MSE but have only just joined the forum because I couldn't find anything specific on the website.0

what a bizarre question, with no information in it other than someone wants a credit card.0

The only answer anyone can give you is that your client needs to apply for a card which is suitable for their needs and appropriate for their circumstances.
That could be anything from aqua to Amex.0 -
The point that seems to be missed here is that I need a card that doesn't close the account if you don't use it for a while. That's the experience so far and so we're trying to find a card that doesn't mind if you only use it a few times a year.0

All of them. A few times a year is more than enough.0 -
If it is only going to be used a few times a year and will be paid in full each time, then apply for a card with the bank your client handles their money with. They are more likely to offer something. Or look at things that offer points or rewards, depending on the level of spending you envision. Some days, it's just not worth chewing through the leather straps....
