WTFH and ringo_24601 are different personalities of the same person and they do not individually realise it, ala "Identity"
"Part P" is not, and has never been, an accredited electrical qualification. It is a Building Regulation. No one can be "Part P qualified."

I do believe it's a good thing. However, I'm concerned about the Police and other government agencies having a backdoor to my medical data. There have been many improvements in treating some medical conditions brought about by this type of medical data sharing. Diabetes is one example.0
