I am understanding my cycle a bit better though now - what I thought was a second Oestrogen surge was actually ovulation with LP being 12-13 days.

Wegle implantation is suppose to be like that - maybe give it a few days and test again?

The 2ww really sucks!!

Don't tell me that about implantation! I'd just started getting used to the idea that I was out, now I'm frantically googling implantation symtoms! :rotfl:

AFM, I think I cursed myself when I last posted as about an hour later AF showed up!! So my last cycle was 50 days and so I am now CD6. (sorry kellykins for messing up your lists )
Not much else happening here, we had a lovely time away and have a night in a posh hotel to look forward to on Friday as a thank you from OH's brother so I'm happy at the moment especially with the sun shining outside. I'm looking on the positive side - at least I can have a drink or two Friday night as I've had AF! x

Hi all, I hope you lovely ladies don't mind me joining your thread? My husband (29) and I (27) have been TTC since the start of the year, and I can honestly say I did not think I would become as obsessive about it as I have been! My heart goes out to all of you who have been TTC for a long time, it's bad enough at 3 and a bit months I just can't imagine feeling disappointment like that for so long. You are extremely strong ladies and it's been lovely but also sad to read your experiences, thank you so much for sharing.


Having been on the pill for near on 11 years, my cycles haven't yet sorted themselves out I was pleased when AF arrived at the end of Jan, however it lasted just 2 days! Nothing at all through Feb and then AF showed up for 3 days mid-March, if that - very very light!


As we're new to the TTC game I've not been charting using OPK's, however I did cave and get an app on my phone just to try and vaguely predict ovulation and AF. According to my 2 lousy AF's, if that's even what they were, I'm on a 47 day cycle. It worked out my fertile window to be last week and lo and behold on Fri and Sat I felt this strange constant dull ache in my lower right abdomen region. After spending hours looking up early PG symptoms I convinced myself that it had happened (constipation, aches etc), but looking again it was more than likely ovulation - I'm hoping! We gave BD a good go during that week anyways, just in case Even though I knew it was too early I POAS but of course it was BFN. According to this app AF is due 28th April, so I guess I am in the 2ww... I'm just estimating but I would put myself at CD33 and 2DPO. I've ordered some internet cheapies ready for the end of the month - here's to hoping!! It's so hard predicting, I doubt my body is even back to normal since the pill yet!


Anyways, sorry to ramble so much to start with but it feels good just talking about it to like-minded people - the husband is only interested in the BD department Looking forward to sharing the experience with you all, and massive congratulations to those who have received their BFP's this month... our time will come soon, just stay positive!!

No I haven't yet. I was going to start taking it from the start of my next cycle so I could see from the start if there was any improvement in cycle length- maybe I should just get some and start taking it now?

I know. I tried to get an appointment today for one day this week but all they could offer me was 10.20 on Thursday but unfortunately I work a 30 min drive away from where I live so this would mean having the morning off work and as its the holidays most people are on leave so I had to leave that appointment, and I think my Dr is off till next Thursday so I will have to wait till end of next week/ start of the following week.
