AFM due today but no sign yet of AF. I'm not getting my hopes up though as I had stupid cycles in November and December that made me 2 days and a week and a half late. Just been keeping myself occupied and enjoying my time off with DH oh and had a tattoo done to cover up an old one.

Ladies, can I ask you a question...

What time of day is best to do an OPK? I have IC and Boots own as well as some clearblue digital ones (Ha!) Will probably do IC until I think it's positive then do the boots/clearblue.

Does it matter what time, is lunchtime better than early evening (6pm ish?) Don't want to miss ov whenever it does happen but with my last cycle lasting 80 days I'm not expecting it too soon!

I use the clearblue digitals. I do them in the morning with my first morning urine, as that's what the instructions recommend. I know other people use IC and do them later in the day but make sure they haven't been to the toilet for aporoximately 4 hours before testing to ensure the hormones in your urine are concentrated enough. Hope that helps, although I haven't used IC myself, so happy to be corrected by so done more knowledgeable Fingers crossed for a shorter cycle for you this month PrincessKate

Kellykins - don't worry about going wrong, you are doing a great job . I am CD3 today.

With the internet opks they say to do between 12 and 8pm .
