Not a lot has happened in my world, just tracking with my app. BDing for fun and trying not to think about it all.


We have decided to start again in Sept, that means we will have had 6 months off.

Just checking ladies... When & how much do you bd around ov? My clinic told me every other day from day 12 when I had my follicular scan, I ov'd day 15 & BD'd day 12, 14 & 15. Does this seem
Ok?

I think it varies from person to person and it really comes down to your personal choice and whatever works for you!
My GP recommended every 2-3 days throughout the whole cycle, whilst I know some people try and BD every day around the time of ov. Personally I don't think I have it in me to do it every day!! As long as you're doing it around the time of ov then you're in with a chance. Hope all goes well x

Thank you very much for the lists kellykins. Could I please be updated to 0DPO today.
I've been using OPk's this month I had what I thought was a positive yesterday, tested again today and it seems the same. Managed to BD last night and will be doing so for the next few nights. Then a lot of finger crossing. At least we will know we have done all we can this month.
Mrs_T_M, could I please be added to the list of users? So happy for your BFP.
