Very angry about the tickets!

OK. Let me calm down.:mad:
This evening we're running out of water so my wife and me decide to go to supermarket to buy some. Then I found two tickets (not one, two!!!) on my front window. I opened them up. They're identical saying that "I parked my car outside of a marked bay".:(
I did parked my car into my neighbour parking space by one foot.
But when I go to the website I can't see any evidence in there. But I don't believe I need to pay because I have valid reasons please let me explain.
1. the guy parking on my left parked his car(a taxi) very very close to my zone, I have to avoid him otherwise he could not open his door. And I know currently there's no one parking his/her car on my right. I don't cause any inconvenience for anyone.:cool:
2. I have two parking spaces actually. Parking spaces are served as first come first use basis, I am making full use of my two parking spaces? What's the problem with that?
3. This is the first time I heard of PCM, I thought they're authorities but turn out they're just private company! Why do I need to pay to private company? I'm parking my car in my car parking space!! Are they trying to rip me off?
I want to spend my hard earned cash(120pounds) wisely. Please help me and give me some advices to make my appeal success!!! Thanks a lot guys.
