What evidence needed for POPLA appeal?

Hi,

I have submitted my appeal to POPLA after receiving a PCN for an overturned ticket. My question is: what evidence is needed to be supplied with the appeal?
I have the valid ticket and received letters from the parking company stating that even though I paid I was inbreach of their terms and conditions because the ticket wasnt displayed correctly - do POPLA need me to send them to them, or will they already have them from the parking company?

Certainly not that! You'd lose if you started talking about mitigating circumstances like a flipped ticket! Please please read 'How to win at POPLA' in post #3 of that linked NEWBIES thread I wrote and be thankful you didn't actually press the button and send a losing POPLA appeal about the ticket...or did you?! IT IS NOT TOO LATE TO PICK UP THE PIECES WITH AN EMAIL TO POPLA ABOUT 'NO GPEOL' AND 'NO STANDING/AUTHORITY' (see the NEWBIES thread for acronyms & winning words).
