Hi
I'm after some advice....
About 4 years ago I purchased a Humax digital recorder direct from the, (was a mangers special great price and it's done well!)
However it has recently stopped recording programmes that are set on series record, I've tried everything I can think of and still no joy so I think it's maybe time for it to retire!!
Can anyone recommend another good recorder reasonably priced? Just a simple one but with good storage and only for freeview tv
Thanks in advance

Hi, we have has PVR's for around 6 or 7 years.
Our last Humax let us down after 4 years but after looking around we went for another, an HDR 2000 HD.
Although comparatively expensive it does all the things we want it to without any hassle.
Hope this has helped :-)0 -
I had similar problems and fixed it with advice from this forum. The factory reset advice given below is, from memory, what fixed it.

If you are happy with your machine other than the series record problem, I would definitely follow Norman Castle's advice. I solved a problem with mine - it refused to record ITV on timer - using the same solution.0
