Ever heard of MCS (think they are a PPI reclaiming co)

Hi
Just wondered if anyone had any experience of the above co?

I was looking into the possibility of reclaiming PPi and remembered we once had a car loan with ppi with norton finance, so I searched on the web and clicked on a link (which I thought was norton) and subsequently got a phone call from MCS.

However, I have been inundated from calls from MCS ( think that's who they are) ever since When I realised they weren't norton finance (who have closed down MCS said), I replied that I didn't want to use a claims company and hung up.

But they ring constantly, they are rude, aggressive, saying you contacted us, we have procedures to follow, you must speak to us, you initiated the contact etc etc. My husband and I have told them not to ring anymore and we have threatened to report them for harrasment (but not sure how!) the number that came up when I did 1471 was 01803 322411

Just wondered if anyone knew anything about them??

If you do this every time they ring they'll eventually give up.

They are one of many. I have been shouted at and insulted by cold-callers who claimed they want to "help me" with a PPI claim when I told them that I was dealing with it myself.

Ignore them and do it all yourself (for free) with the guidance here http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/ppi-loan-insurance
and the advice in the Forum threads.

You'll be glad you did. Anyone who 'phones you out of the blue to offer their "services" is desperate for business; usually for good (i.e. BAD) reasons.

    Best wishes to you. xx
