UKCPS On TV

Apologies if this is a duplicate thread, can't see another one.

Just watching this mornings episode of Here Come The Sheriffs and they were serving a High Court Writ on UKCPS for non-payment of an Employment Tribunal.

They owed £7076 to an ex-employee for unfair dismissal.

6 mins 45 secs in.

Paid 50% up front and want to pay remaining 50% over 3 or 4 months?

Surely can't be having money problems?

The series they are showing at the moment is a repeat, the 'visit' would have occurred close to 2 years ago now.

Ah ok, working during the day, I've never seen them before and Sky planner does not say it's a repeat.

Unless they come knocking at your drum!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

  • I watched it on iPlayer the other night and thought it was hilarious that a scum car parking ticket bloke got shafted by his own employer.
