Just been speaking to a couple of accountants and apparently the points themselves do not have any value so technically don't need to declare it. However if I want to put it somewhere in case trouble does crop up I can fill in an P11D section N.
Hope someone else takes advantage ? No-one seems that bothered lol
Even worse case senerio I would have to pay 20% tax on the products! So works out 80% discount!!!
