Carrefour petrol station, under Cite Europe now accepts British credit cards in the 24/7 pay at pump machines, well my Mastercard worked, not sure about debit cards though. The Texaco garage in Tobacco Road, Belgium also accepts them in their pay at the pump machine.
This link seems to update the most often Auchan petrol prices , diesel is still a good buy but unleaded not really worth getting. Also diesel in Belgium was a couple of cents cheaper than France.
