Dyson Energy
Today Dyson Energy (for Scottish Power) came round for a survey for wall insulation and boiler under the ECO scheme.
The chap did not even go into my house. He stood outside and said "we dont do solid wall insulation" and then said he does not do boilers either and would get another team out.
About the boiler - I expected them to send someone who would be able to assess the boiler so it was all a waste of time.
Anyway I have asked Scottish Power to investigate.

Yes I was aware of my solid walls, as was the Energy Saving Trust and Scottish Power. So I expected they would send someone who would have been told of this.0
