Do you need to be in UNI to apply for this?

Iam at college starting a 2year Level 3 National diploma ICT course, do i qualify?
It says:
You must be studying:
- An undergraduate degree, such as a BA, BSc, LLB or BEd
- A post-graduate course, such as a (MSc, MA, PGCE or PhD, etc)
- Diploma in Nursing Studies
- National Vocational Qualification levels 4 or 5 only (NVQ's)
- A BTEC Higher National Diploma (HND)
- Diploma in Higher Education

No because it needs to be HE (Level 4+) Education. The Equivilent as it has stated is the HND which is the Higher National Diploma0
