    Well a full 35 days later, and I decided to ring them. Apparently my reply was in a queue and amazing was due to be actioned today!

    Even more amazingly, (literally 30) seconds after my call - I got an email confirmed the ticket had again been cancelled. Same email as last time, so I doubt much investigation was done - just delay delay and hope I paid up or bottled it I guess.

    To be fair to TPS, it seems like they are perhaps slightly fairer than most, and will cancel tickets they know they won't have a chance with (unlike parking eye perhaps, and other horror stories from this board). However, the length of time it's taken is annoying, and I'm unsure whether my gf will allow me to complain to BPA, or just let it lie.

    Once again though, another success story, and I'm learning more every day!
