Well, obviously you have to fulfil the criteria for SG, by meeting one or more of the descriptors.
But, they are fairly "open" and many disabilities, physical and mental, would fit one or more anyway.

You can tell a lot about a woman by her hands..........for instance, if they are placed around your throat, she's probably slightly upset.

You will probably find you will be on 6 weekly interviews (or less). That is the way the Conservatives are setting things.I have had a letter to attend the Jobcentre this month to see how they can help me get back into work now I have finished with Prospects, I really don't know what they expect me to do seeing as I am no where near ready for work
I don't need all this stress and to feel pressured into all this.0 -

really?
i have just been placed in the support group.
from june 2011 until january 2014 i was in the WRAG and seen a total of 3 times at the jobcentre
all under this present government0 -
I'm in the WRAG and would agree with ArtoDeeto. If OP has already been through the Work Programme they are likely to take a firmer line.
WRAG is very inconsistently applied, some get parked without having to do anything, others have to attend JCP and undertake work activity on a frequent basis.
I am being asked to attend every 6-8 weeks with work activity on top, haven't been through the Work Programme.
My advisor is very open her aim is to get me off benefits and into work. I certainly haven't been parked there without having to do anything like other users have reported here on MSE.0 -
I went for my second WFI and it went ok. My CPN came with me, which was good as she was able to help me explaining things. My CPN said that she would refer me to Vocational Advisor through Mental Health Team, when she felt I was ready to start some work as I would need a lot of support. They asked what I was doing and explained Permitted Work. I do not have to go back for 6 months and she said I have no end date for ESA and in June will be on ESAIR only, but amount stays the same.0

Support Group is a different thing - I gather that is every three years but it seems to be different in your case...really?
