Parking Eye fine appeal

Hi all
I've recently moved and so I'm only getting some of my mail when I visit my parents - where I am today and I've opened a letter from Parking Eye from outstaying my welcome at my new Tesco. (I have since changed the address on all my documents)
As I've been delayed in getting this letter tomorrow is the last day stated for me appealing on the PCN, I need to send off my soft appeal to Parking Eye today.
Therefore I won't be able to check the signage etc at the carpark at this stage (and I'm due to go to work in 40 mins so don't really have a lot of time spare to get this done well at this stage).
I've read to forum for a few hours this morning and have used the template and made a few very small edits to come up with this:
As the registered keeper of XXXXXX I'm in receipt of your parking invoice XXXXX dated XXXXX. I wish to invoke your appeals process as all liability to your company is denied on the following:
1) The amount being claimed is not a genuine pre-estimate of loss to your company or the landowner
2) You are not the landowner and do not have the capacity to offer contracts or to bring a claim for trespass
These points and others will be raised with POPLA should you not accept this appeal, and you will be expected to provide a full breakdown of your alleged loss, and your full unredacted contract with the landowner.
If you do reject the challenge and insist on taking the matter further I must inform you that I may claim my expenses from you. The expenses I may claim are not exhaustive but may include the cost of stamps, envelopes, travel expenses, legal fees, etc. By continuing to pursue me you agree to pay these costs when I prevail.
Any communication that does not either confirm cancellation or include a POPLA verification code shall be reported to the BPA as a breach of their Code of Practice - the BPA recently issued guidance to all members to remind them of this fact. Such communication may also be deemed harassment and pursued accordingly. Please send all correspondence to the above stated address.
Will this be sufficient at this stage. I'm just aware that this might not be the best appeal letter without mentioning signage, but I'm not in the area to check. Also, is it clear enough about me needed their response to go to my new address?
Thank you for any help - I'll be able to check the forum a bit today at work, but I am conscious that I might need to send this today and that doesn't really help in this case.

I forgot to say as well; due to me not being in the area, I can't take the normal first step of talking to the store manager in person.0

Telephone?0 -
Yeah, I had thought to call, but all the advice points towards doing it in person, and with time being a squeeze today (which I know is an annoyance for all offering advice) I'm not sure how much I can get done.
Is the appeal date stated on the letter worth paying this much attention to?0 -
use this template and dont change anything, no matter what you think
its not your job to help them or about what you think , so put it all in and make them have to justify the pointsDear Parking Eye

As I've been delayed in getting this letter tomorrow is the last day stated for me appealing on the PCN, I need to send off my soft appeal to Parking Eye today.
Do it online with Parking Eye and then you know they've got it in time. Attach a scanned copy, or photo, of any Tesco receipt to the submission, as PE often cancel when they see this proof. Make sure you ask your parents to alert you to any letter because it will be your rejection letter and POPLA code which is strictly time-bound. We win at POPLA 100% of the time against PE with our wording (in the NEWBIES thread) but don't miss the deadlines because PE sue people if not won at POPLA to kick them into touch.
Phone the Store Manager any day this week (number is on the Tesco receipt). Do not just speak to whoever on the CS desk or back office picks the phone up. Store Managers can cancel these but other staff may try to say there's nowt they can do!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you very much for your help.
I'll have a dig through my receipts, but failing that, I'm sure I paid on my Credit Card.
Should I avoid telling them my new address?0 -
get your proof ready if its a bank statement, but redact out personal info (same as they will redact contracts etc) and dont let it be known that its from the driver, send it as RK only , ie:- here is proof of shopping onsite
make sure your appeal goes in, and make sure you are told asap if any info goes to your parents, so as long as the address they are using can be used by both parties , keep it simple at this stage and just get your appeal in , including the redacted CC statement if you have it , as PE tend to cancel if you have a good reason to be on there, like shopping within store0 -

You could add the new address but I suspect they'll reply to the old one anyway!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
