    I find refreshing the page works OK.

    when i won my ball i did it while i was eating my breakfast at 8.30 in the morning. may have been coincidence though.

    After a few problems (like others couldn't find the terms & conditions) I opened the door and won a ball...not bad for the first attempt. I will try my luck tomorrow again now I know what to do. Good luck.
