what does that mean? does it mean hotmail address? I have hotmail and won. Excuse me if im being thick.

By the way , i may have won but it would not accept my certificate number so had to email them. So print out winning certificates.

A fixed IP means (with my limited 'puter understanding anyways!) my IP address never changes, whereas normally the IP address changes everytime you log on to the net.
IP address are a set of numbers, not actual email addresses or anything.

When I go on to the shrek prizes website. All that happens when I click on play now is that I can see no key and just a door. Any Hints?:mad:

Sorry, im in a silly mood. Try deleting your internet history(temporary internet files) and the click on it again.It might work but it might think you have had a go now.Delete cookies too and have another go!

Can anyone help? I won a beanie 3 days ago and got a mail from the sponsors shortly after. However I have had all my mails to confirm this returned to me as being undeliverable. I used the address [EMAIL="info@sanford-prizes.com"]info@sanford-prizes.com[/EMAIL] and wonder if any of the other prize winners had a problem or could help. Thank you.

I won a beanie a while back and sent confirmation to above e-mail address without any problems as the e-mail didnt get returned to me as undeliverable.I cant understand why your confirmation came back as undeliverable and I apologise that I cannot help you any further,hope someone else can
