I have a triton Ivory 3 shower unit that needs replacing. To make things easier I am told I need a 'direct replacement'.....can anyone suggest which will be good as I cannot find Ivory 3 shower units for sale anywhere now as they are old hat apparently! I have attached an image of the inners of the ivory 3 one I have.
Thanks

Hi
Did you get a shower sorted? Im in the same boat I need to replace my triton t100 xr but because of pipework electrics and space I cant find one to replace. Ideally I dont want another triton!
Anyway the insides of yours look identical to my t100xr!0 -

Great video but im after replacing a t100xr with something other than triton. The pipe and electrics are on the left not right just like in the picture above0

mira jump....I'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.
You get no BS from me & if I think you are wrong I WILL tell you.0 -
Just call up Trition tell them what model you want replacing and they will tell you what new one is a exact fit .Plus the price they give you for the new one is usually cheaper than what you can buy in shops.0

Remember that an older electric shower will almost certainly have a lower rating than the new one-if so you may well needd the circuit cable and isolator uprating. Fit an RCD as well if not already in place. No free lunch, and no free laptop0

I tried this triton where useless and just wanted to send an engineer to fix it which would cost more than the shower. The one they sugested when I looked would never have fitted either0 -
scfc, blimey when i last called them up they were really helpful and had a new shower delivered the following morning.
We have really hard water here so the shower only lasts about 5 years and i just replace it with one with the same fittings and been doing that for 25 years now as thats how long i have lived in this house.
Triton going cheap here but not sure they will fit your existing fittings.

Ive done this too. But im on my 3rd shower in 5 years. The 1st one burnt out completley and exposed the live wire! And all of them hav the same problem of the low pressure light flashing on and turning cold! The water pressure is no problem in our house and this is with regular descailling and the inlet filter is spotless0
