Anyone purchased a Tempur matress "on trial" and returned?

Just wondered if anyone has used the Tempur 60day trial... and returned it.

So to book your trial just simply place your order via our website today.

Here's more info about how it all works:

1. Buy a Tempur Mattress from us, on our website. (This trial is ony available for orders placed directly with Tempur UK.)
2. We'll deliver and set it up in your home.
3. Sleep on our new mattress for 60 nights to get used to the amazing comfort and support it offers.
4. If you're not happy, call us! Our Customer Service team will work with you to answer your questions and resolve your concerns.
If we can't find a way to make you happy, we'll take the mattress back and reimburse your purchase price, less any uplift charges if you ask us to come and collect. For full details please see our Terms & Conditions. This offer only applies to standard size mattresses as listed on this web site: single, double, king and super king.
Seems like a fair deal, but point 4 sounds odd to me.... surely if your not happy it goes back to Tempur - why would I have "questions and concerns" to be answered by their customer service department.

Any experience/advise appreciated.

Tempur have more then 1 model, so I guess the Customer service team are there to try and talk you into a different model to try.

I'd be more worried about the costs involved as in the last section " less any uplift charges".
Helping the country to sleep better....ZZZzzzzzzz
