What's the excuse when you've phoned them?

I've had 2 problems with them in the past - both were sorted via tickets.
Just taken out insurance though and they've paid less cashback than I should have got, so just raised another ticket.

I've just checked my GP account and have had nothing added to it for over a month now, and I had to raise a ticket to even get that one added on! I'm peed off as it's sat just below the £25 to pay me out and I can't remember the details of all the orders I've made over the past couple of months to raise tickets with them

i had no end of problems with these where they weren't submitting my cashback despite sending tickets. they tried to tell me that my trackerwasn't working (when it was), I replied in that case, how do some go through and some don't? I kept a list each time I made a tranx that qualified, and kept submitting tickets for them together with a pasted copy of the email 'receipt' - reply.... these could have been done on another computer!! - yes, they could have - but they could only have een sent to my mail address if thats what it says!!, I am now just waiting for my last cheque to be sent out next week for the ones that have gone on, and I now use cashbag uk instead. GP - Greatly poor

I've not yet tried any of the other cashback facilities but considering I do all my shopping online it would be very beneficial for me to do so, as long as they actually pay what they promise of course, unlike GP

So which one would be the best to go for?

I've just spent ages going through all my emails to find past order details and submitted about 20 tickets to GP :D

I won't hold my breath though
