advice please

a little story. the day before exchange i borrowed the keys from the agent to had a last quick look round the nice little house i was buying. a neighbour popped round to introduce herself and asked if i was aware of the problems in the close with a family from hell just up the road. she went on to say the last couple moved out before they had nervous breakdowns with in all. no one in the close can sell and are living in fear. i would have never had guessed this sort of thing was going on, the agent knew nothing about it and no mention in the sellers form. i had a very lucky escape.

    thanks for the help.

It's in Tynemouth. The chances of it being housing association are pretty slim I'd guess. The place must be worth 170k and it's a three floor place & by sounds of it got one man and a dog living in it.

going to start looking carefully at it. probably go for a walk past tonight.
