Unfortunately those 2 words CCTV & CHEAP don't really go together.

plus dont think there is much the council can do, if it on private property. Do you not have a gate across you driveway.

Maplin also do similar outback camera. But as for prosecution purposes, doubt they will be accepted a certain criteria has to be met.
