in Credit cards
Hi,
I'm chasing up various PPi claims, one of which is with Barclays regarding an old Barclaycard. They have returned my SAR and listed on there is PPi with a Barclaycard i had several years ago but it says there was "No Premium Paid" - does this mean either there was no PPi paid out to me (which there was'nt) or does it mean i did'nt pay for the PPi, unfortunately i dont remember using the Barclaycard!

It means you didn't pay PPI.0

It means you opted for PPI when you applied for the card but never paid any.
This is consistant with your statement that you don't remember using the card. PPI is only charged on monthly balances outstanding and is itemised separately on the credit card bill, so for unused cards or others where you always paid the balance off in full every month no PPI would have been paid.0 -
