refunded buyer on ebay but not had item returned!

Hi, all I would appreciate a bit of advice. I have recently had a case opened against me as the item I had sold didn't match the description, it did but the buyer said it didn't!! long story!!

Any after lots of accusing messages from the buyer he opened the case against me. I has happy with this as I thought it would solve the problem. However I haven't dealt with this before and have now refunded the buyer and don't have the item back. I would let it go but it's £150!!

I've contacted ebay but not found them helpful..

Any advice?

    Exactly, why? Unless eBay closed the case and forced the refund out of you...?

    Unlikely, with a SNAD case it is the buyer who is under the time constraint- they have 10 days (again I am happy to be corrected if my time frame is wrong) to prove an attempted delivery back to seller. If during that period the buyer cannot prove that such an attempt was made the seller will win the case.

    There are only two other possibilities that I can think of, firstly that the seller ignored the open case entirely and did not respond at all, or that ebay made a no fault return which means the seller does not pay for the return.
