Halifax Reward - Where's my £5 reward?

Just logged into Halifax and noticed my reward has not been paid yet. I've had two standing orders paid and over £1000 paid in during January.

Has anyone had it paid yet?

Does it not need to be two direct debits?

It's paid the 2nd working day of the month.
So you will get it tomorrow if you qualify.

It has to have 2 direct debits paid from it not 2 standing orders. Otherwise they wont pay the £5.
Time is a path from the past to the future and back again. The present is the crossroads of both.

If you stopped using it then chances are you account was downgraded to a standard account so you'll have to ring up and ask it to be changed back to a reward account.

Opened Halifax Reward at the end of November.
Transferred £1K into it in Dec and had 2 DDs taken in Dec.
Switched from other bank at the start of Dec and had £100 switching bonus credited on the 3rd of Dec, but monthly fiver is missing.

Is it time to start chasing them?

Paid at the end of the first working day of the month, so you'll probably see it tomorrow night/early Saturday morning...backdated to 1st Jan on your statement.

    From your T&Cs (page 4)...
You’ll receive one reward payment which will be paid into your Reward Current Account by the second working day of the following calendar month.

BTW, you only need pay in £750.

EDIT: Actually, post #3 above gave you your answer. ;)
