'3' cold calling

3 times today. grrrrr.
Have just made a complaint- anyone else getting these?

I AM a 3 customer but have never elected to receive such and indeed my phone is TPS registered also.
Very annoying.

They all do it, sometimes real, sometimes scammers. Just gotta ignore it really.

If your registered with TPS it's unlikely to be 3 themselves but some 3rd party dealer. Calling 3 will get you no where.

Well they have had an email complaint form and the calls didn't reoccur yesterday anyway.

FWIW BT used to do the same when I took out BB the 1st time with them in my new house 3 years back, took a few emails to get them to stop allowing 3rd parties to market for them.

As far as I understand it you have opt out of marketing call. I used to get them all the time until I found the opt out somewhere in my account setting.

Haven't had one since (touch wood )

edit - just tried to find it but site is down for maintenance :mad:

Ok, have now found it,

Got to www.three.co.uk

Click "My3 account" on right side of screen,

Login,

Scroll down a bit click "Your details"

Scroll down and there is a section "How we contact you"

All the relevant methods listed there, tick the ones you don't want contacting by (all mine are ticked except email).

Hope that solves your problem.;)
