How to cancel service Claims Gays?

Hello,
I'm new here and perhaps already the subject was moved and I did not I found.
I mean the company Guys and PPI Claims.
Today I made a phone PPI claim in this company but after searching the internet I came to the conclusion that I can do it alone. Inadvertently someone to pay for something that is to do it yourself.
Did not sign any documents yet from them until this pack is to be sent to me from them.
What in this situation I have to do to cancel the their services and do not pay for anything?

They are known for being dodgy. I still laugh at the lies they told me on a cold call.
You have cancellation rights. So, you are ok. Follow them when the pack arrives.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -
No signature - no contract.
However, I would not put it past them to copy your signature from a letter and insert it.
So either do not reply (in which case they are stuffed!)
Or write "no thank you" on it and post it back.0 -
Thank you for yours advice

But I still have questions
How much time do I have for cancellation?
Maybe I should call them today and submit cancel over the phone?0 -

Ok, thank you
So the best option is : crossing all the documents (which will come from ''Cailm Guys'' by post) with annotation'' NO THANK YOU'' without my signature and send it back to them.
