Bradshaw and Lloyd - Great service

Hey Guys,
Knowing that a lot of companies don't get the praise they deserve when they go the extra mile I thought I had to post after some great service from Richard at Bradshaw and Lloyd.
I have recently ordered some shoes from the Bradshaw and Lloyd website, as I have rather large feet which often fall between 2 sizes and the choice on the high street is very limited.
On receiving my order Richard emailed me to state that the shoes i had ordered, made by the same manufacturer, were one size different from a previous order placed back in 2008. The order was so long ago I had forgotten the size of the shoes I had received back then, which had been a perfect fit. As such Richard went out of his way to ensure that I got the size needed rather than receiving and having to return the incorrect one that I ordered.
Richard then went a step further to run through some options that I could take to reduce the overall cost, which made a fair difference to the overall price, and was more than I had ever expected.
All in all the experience of buying from them was incredibly good, with delivery made very quickly after the confirmation of size, and great communication throughout. I only wish every other website was this easy to order from.
