I have an old PC (Windows Vista) which I want to connect to my router wirelessly.
I've searched for what I think I need (thread title) and the results range of prices is £5 - £50!
Any advice as to what will be sufficient for my needs?
TIA.

This will do just fine:

Though if you aren't afraid to open the pc and stick a card into it, this will probably be better:
