outlook frequent contacts

Can anyone help with a simple problem. I have been using Outlook for some time now and have had no real problems.
Recently I noticed that the "Frequent contacts " weren't coming up when I started a new email.I have to go to the actual contacts section and select the recipient from there. Now the strange thing is that this only happens with IE - using Mozilla the frequent contacts pop up automatically! Any ideas. Ok it's not a huge problem, but it just irks me. I have windows 7 installed. Thanks for any input.

This happens to me when using Outlook.com via IE. If it happens again, go back to the inbox and click 'New' to start a new email again. Frequent contacts seem to come up on the second attempt at a new email. Just seems to be a glitch in IE.In deep...0
