Sorry to be a complete numpty! but could someone please list a step by step, idiots guide to adding the balance to my existing card?!!
I have managed to get it onto my phone,( android phone) but i can't figure out how to transfer the balance of the new card to my existing card!
So sorry to be a pest, but hope somebody will be able to help me!!

In your list of cards, go to the new Bespoke Offers one, then click Manage. There should be an option to Transfer a Balance, from there you can drag and drop it onto your existing card.

Did that from memory so I hope it's right!

Has anyone had trouble with the mobile app? I transferred my balance to existing card and deleted the nil balance card. Correct balance was shown when I did this on the 04/02/14

I went to use card yesterday, the balance refreshed and said I had £0.00 on card, shows last updated date 05/02/14 time 20.21.
