Got the code and went to add a card to my £11.30 balance and now it says its £10 balance - that's very strange as should be £21.30?

Will have to ask them next time I'm in store see if they can work it out for me.
Sealed Pot Challenge number 8 Amount declared £365.50.

You now have 2 cards registered on your account. One with £10 and one with £11.30.

You can transfer the balance of £10 to your £11.30 card within the app.

Thanks don't know why I always get confused with adding the cards, there are indeed 2 cards on there, that amount will last me a fair while:)

A lot of people are saying it is best to transfer the balance to your original starbucks card as it lasts longer then - once the card is in your app you can select 'transfer balance' and literally drag it on top of your original card to merge the balances (I have an iPhone)

Thanks for the link, I've had one of these deals before so brought another.

Can't remember how you add the voucher to the Starbucks app though says I need a card number and code to add a card but not sure that's the right way - I think I forgot last time but eventually worked it out!

i emailed them last time and they were most helpful!

Thanks! Now I seem to have 2 cards, and have transfered the £10 from the giftcard to the one I set up. How do I delete the giftcard?

Select edit in the top right corner and then select the card you want to delete.

Not sure what Im doing wrong, anybody help please? Bought it, got the email, the voucher pdf instructs you to copy and paste the URL and enter the code which it isnt letting me do, or click on it.

Tried writing it out and typing it in but comes up "page not found" anyone else having problems?

    Thanks OP

I had the same issue as this, apparently there is a bug in the system. I think I took the first character out - Does your link have an = as the first character? Try taking that out - that worked for me
