0% on purchases and no fee abroad??

Hi,
I'm looking for a credit card that has 0% on purchases for 15-18 months and also no fees for atm withdrawals or travellers cheques (Cyprus)? Can anyone help point me in the right direction please as some of the fee terminology is a bit confusing for me.

Sounds like the OP wants to do a bit of a "holiday now, pay later". I guess it hinges on whether the OP actually has that money to spend now.

If so - something like a Metro Bank account with debit card would cover the no-fee abroad bit.

If not - the cards at http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/credit-cards/best-0-credit-cards are the ones to look at, but a fee will apply.

To cover off both bases, I'd suggest looking into the possibility of getting TWO cards - one to do the no-fee spending on - HFX Clarity (http://www.halifax.co.uk/creditcards/Landing/clarity-card-all/?WT.mc_id=CCC011210HAMSE&so=Moneysupermarket_HALclarity_5) or C1 Classic Extra (http://www.capitalone.co.uk/creditcards/classic-extra-credit-card.jsf), then balance transfer it all onto a 0% card afterwards.
